| The Blue Restaurant The interior of the blue restaurant matches the historical china dining room. His stylistic composition with the gray-blue coloring is accentuated by a white mantelshelve, white colums and mouldings. This room is suitable for elegant weddings and meetings. From the blue restaurant you can reach the salmon room, the winter garden, and the panoramic terrace.
|

| Salmon Room
This is a smaller, elegant salmon coloured room for conferences or small family parties. It is used as a little museum as well with original documents and pictures about the history of the Gnandstein castle. From the salmon room you have a fascinating panoramic view of the surrounding woodlands. |

| Winter Garden From the salmon room you reach the winter garden with a wonderful view over the village and the landscape. Furnished with comfortable basket-chairs, round tables, palm trees, and a lot of decorative pictures, it is the ideal place for having breakfast or a coffee break in the afternoon.
|

| Panoramic Terrace A few steps down from the blue restaurant you reach our terrace, where we serve you meals or coffee and cake during the summer time. Again the fantastic panoramic view is worth mentioning.
|

Courtyard At the end of our tour through the rooms of the Gnandstein castle we come to the courtyard. Here you always find a shady place in the beer garden during the sommer months. Enjoy your meal and a cool draft Pilsener.

| Courtroom In former times the jurisdiction was hold by the lords of Einsiedel in this room. It is a very presentable equipped room with painted wooden doors, a heavy wooden ceiling, valuable bull's-eye window panes, and a large tapestry with hunting sceneries. This room is very suitable for weddings, family parties, conferences or working dinners.
|

Judges' Room In the southern wing of the castle, built in the 15th century by the lords of Einsiedel, is the judges' room. With his huge cross vault and the wrought-iron lightings this room gives a historical setting for knights' meals, weddings, as well as for familiy parties or conferences.

| Bastion
A projecting part in the old fortress of the chapel's wing widens the room to a bastion. Immediately you feel as if you have been taken back to medieval times. A large oak-table invites the guests to the knights' meal or a family party.
|

| Knight's Room
Through the northern arcades of the courtyard you reach the knights' room in the chapel's wing of the castle, built during the 14th to 15th century. The vault, the long oak-table and the decoration with arms and furs cause a typical medieval ambience. A knights' meal in this room will be a memorable pleasure for you and your friends.
